AAS response to the Covid-19 pandemic: Like all of you, we are concerned about the potential of this virus. We have older family members and newborns in our family like many of our customers. Chuck is taking the precautions of wearing a mask and a fresh pair of gloves in each home he enters. He uses hand sanitizer between each service call. If requested, he's happy to accommodate you by removing his shoes prior to entry.... Chuck can also look at most appliances in our shop if you would prefer to bring it in. Please call prior to bringing your appliance in to make arrangements for Chuck or Trevor to be available to help unload. Our office hours will remain the same, however, we will be implementing changes starting tomorrow, Monday, April 6th. As we are a locally-owned and family run small business, to protect our family, we will keep our office door locked. If you order a part, you will need to prepay by phone with a debit or credit card. Once in, Courtney or Chuck will call to let you know your part is available for pick up. Please call the office upon arrival, and we will bring it out to you. If you are ill, to help us protect our customers and family, please call and reschedule your appointment. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call the office and speak with us. As always, we greatly appreciate our customers, many of whom have become more like family in the 16 years we have been serving Stillwater and surrounding areas. Folks, if you're ill....coughing, sneezing, fever....please reschedule your appointment. We wouldn't come in to your home being ill, so please don't expect us to come to your home while you're ill.
