We will be closed today for scheduled maintenance. We will be back Monday the 23rd @ 8am to answer the phones and Provide Patient care via telephone.

Our goal here at Allen Rural Family Medicine is patient safety. With that being said we are Moving all visits to virtual visits, online or by phone starting Monday March 23, 2020. We will be available by phone 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday- Thursday and 8 a.m. -12p Fridays (580)857-1300. We ask at this time you please remain patient with us and know that we are working hard to provide quality effective care to each and every patient of ours. If you need a refill of your medication please call your pharmacy and have them send a refill request to the office. We will have them refills sent back to your pharmacy in a timely manner, and again we ask for your patience as we monitor the situation. Please feel free to share this post.
