Just wanted to update everyone on the current Mooreland renovation. We are still under construction but the end is very close. We hope to open that office back up very shortly. In the meantime, you can come by our Woodward office at 2003 Main St. in Woodward. We will be letting you all know when I’ve are back in the Mooreland office! Here are a few important updates to this video: 1.) Earlier this evening, President Trump signed this into Law, making it official! 2.) On the ERC, for 2020, the only change is that companies that got the PPP can now also double up and do the ERC, if they qualify. The rules to qualify are what it always has been. (Gov shutdown or limitations, or a 50% Quarterly drop in Rev). The new rules discussed here (20% drop in Rev, Renews quarterly, 70% credit...) are for the 1st & 2n...d Qtr of 2021 only. This is still a GREAT credit that most employers will qualify for, but the 2020 version is not quite as good as we first thought. If you have questions about if you qualify or not, then all you need is your monthly revenue for 2019 & 2020 and enter it on this new spreadsheet that we created and are posting here.
