TFTD: Armed and dangerous. We all know what that means, especially if the news is doing a story on an escapee. That should actually be how the devil sees us. Armed with the word of God, and dangerous to the enemy. We should get up every morning and not only be prepared to do battle with the devil, but be prepared to win! Start the day with praise, worship, and fellowship with our Father. Put on the whole armor of God and stomp on the devil’s head. He knows his time is running out so he’s doing all he can to create strife and contention in the world. Don’t fall for his tricks. We know who wins the war, but I’m ready to see some victories in the battles. Let’s all get locked and loaded, armed and dangerous. Are you ready? ~Marsha

TFTD: When I say influencer, who’s the first person you think of? We all have heroes or people that we look up to. There’s that special teacher who guided you down a certain path. A Sunday School teacher who led you to Christ. The word could have a negative reaction too. Maybe you were pressured by your peers to do something you knew was wrong. All of us can be an influencer. Look around. It doesn’t take long to see someone in need. Just step out in faith and mentor someone. Be a big brother or sister to a child who’s in need of a friend. We’re all influencers in some way. The question is, Are you a positive or negative influencer to those around you? ~Marsha

TFTD: I was driving on the turnpike the other day, and I saw a dilapidated house. The roof had caved in and the walls were rotting and falling apart. I wondered what the place looked like 50 -60 years ago. I bet it was filled with noise and little ones running and playing. I wonder if anyone who lived there is still alive. It was a sad sight to me. Houses must have regular upkeep or they fall apart. That made me think of our hearts. A heart needs regular maintenance too. It needs to be filled with God’s word, praises, and thankfulness. If it’s not, it’s probably going to get hard, filled with unforgiveness, strife, and bitterness. If we do regular maintenance, our heart will be a wonderful place for Jesus to live. We sure don’t want Him living in a broken down shack do we? ~Marsha

TFTD: Be strong and very courageous; don’t be afraid, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go (Josh 1:9). In this world there are crazy things happening and evil is all around us, but one thing has not changed, and that’s God. As Christians, it’s time for us to take a stand and be strong and courageous in all that we do. Remember, God has our backs. It might look bad, but in the end God will win and the devil will lose. ~Todd
