With new recommendations from CMS and the decrease to green status in Covid cases in our county, our administrative staff has implemented the following changes in our facility's visitation guidelines per our state health department as long as we remain in the green. *Visits will still be by appointment and off the unit in our designated visiting area or outdoors. *Only 2 visitors(over the age of 18) may visit at a time *Visitors will have temp screening before visiting. *Vis...itors will no longer be required to have proof of COVID testing or vaccination. *Masks must still be worn during visits as well as social distancing guidelines adhered to. *If at ANY time the county sees an increase in COVID numbers or the facility has a positive case during monthly state mandated testing of staff the guidelines will again change.
