Attorney Greg Lavender concluded a preliminary hearing this morning wherein his client was charged with two counts of Armed Robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of the felony. After hearing the evidence presented, Mr. Lavender successfully argued that the State had failed to satisfy its burden of proof and his client’s charges were dismissed.
