What a happy celebration it was last night with my client when we got this beautiful home under contract for her!!! And I honestly cannot wait to work with the listing agent on this one, he is a wealth of wisdom and knowledge for me, I’m so humbled and inspired by his experience! April is off to an exciting start, and I’m ready for it!! Hope you all have a productive and FUN day!!

Over here makin some dinner for my babies, and just thinking...One of the things I absolutely love about my career is how amazingly quickly I can go from just having met a buyer, to having fallen completely in love with them and their family. I get this overwhelming desire to help them find their perfect home, to do whatever we can to get an accepted offer in this very, very tough market, to help them find the best lending option, help them navigate through the best insurance... policies, make sure they get an incredibly thorough home inspection, to work together with the listing agent to get a fair deal on repairs, and to make sure that the day they sign those loan documents at the closing table is one of the best days of their lives.
