My Monday mornings typically go something like this: Staff meeting to review and discuss the schedule for the week, design meeting to go over selections and drawings with each designer, marketing meeting to talk about photoshoots and the content calendar, project management meeting to get briefed on the status of each client's job, and last but certainly not least, client meetings where all the fun stuff happens! It takes a village; a well-organized, creative, problem-solving village Hope your week is off to a good start!

My source of inspiration is often found in trees and spending time in nature. Taking these cues from the environment and combining the colors (a la nature!) helps create layers of interest that didn’t exist before
