I had a good run with both dogs at the trial at woodward. Both loaded the cattle in the trailer. Only 6 out of 23 did. Tough cattle, I think the weather was ...messing with them. they looked easy enough to start with. Jett had a really good run going and when we headed to the trailer one broke and ran to the far end where they came from. Jett bit him three times before he got to the fence. Stoped when I asked him too. Then when I asked him to try again. He got right in there and the calf smashed him up against the pannel really hard. Limped a few steps,,,,,,called him back to the other two calves put them together and then they loaded easy. Ended up 4th but I was pleased with the job he did. Not the smartest do I have trained, but probably the toughest with the most try. See more

Women’s Only Cowdog Clinic is Fri-Sunday! Owasso Oklahoma! Robin Brown and I will be teaching this clinic. Cost to Audit is 50$ per day. Let me know if you are coming! This will be a great clinic to learn a lot. Wide variety of dogs working at all levels. Several different breeds coming.
