Come join us for a short film and lively discussion on High-Stakes Testing in Oklahoma. Wednesday night (March 25) 6:00 pm at the Westmoore High School Lecture Center.

Please call and email as many Oklahoma State Senators as you can reach --- but especially Senator Sykes and Senator Bice --- to ask for a NO vote on HB 1749 with is a bad bill that is unfair, unwarranted, and creates hardship for educators.

Take a few minutes and call every member of the Senate General Government Committee to ask them to vote "NO" on HB 1749 when it comes before the committee tomorrow (Monday March 16). This bill would deny educators the right to have their OEA dues deducted automatically from their paycheck. It would not affect any sector other than education. It is a bill that address no known problem, that solves no known issue, but rather that acts punitively against teachers. Please help us... out and make a few calls.
