Be patient with yourselfhealing doesn't happen overnight. Everyone’s trauma is unique, and everyone heals at different speeds, so don't compare your progress to anyone else's. It's okay to heal at your own speed!

Local spotlight! We wanted to wish lots of luck to Ashley Ehrhart & Lily Parker as they compete in the Miss Oklahoma competition this week. These amazing mental health advocates have made it their mission to put mental health awareness at the core of their platform. Ashley hosts her own podcast, A Minute To Mind that dives deeps into open and honest conversations regarding mental health, wellness, etc. Lily hosts a weekly Stomp Out Stigma Sunday where she helps raise awar...eness for mental illness and the stigmas surrounding them! Thank you both for being so open about the discussion surrounding mental health! We are rooting for you!
