OSBI ICAC UNIT ARRESTS MCLOUD, OKLA., MAN ON CHILD PORNOGRAPHY CHARGES FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: June 1, 2021... McLOUD, Okla. Agents from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI), with assistance from the McLoud Police Department, arrested 53-year-old Charles Olliny Rothman today on multiple child pornography charges. The case originated in late December 2020 when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) forwarded a cyber tip to the OSBI that they had received from an electronic service provider. The OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit opened an investigation upon receiving the tip. Based on that investigation, agents went to Rothman’s residence today in the 30200 block of Oklahoma Drive in McLoud. He was arrested, without incident, and booked into the Pottawatomie County Jail. Rothman will face charges including Possession of Child Pornography, Distribution of Child Pornography and Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act. OSBI INVESTIGATING DISAPPEARANCE OF TWO HUGO, OKLA., RESIDENTS FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: May 17, 2021 ... HUGO, Okla. Today, the Hugo Police Department requested assistance from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) with the suspicious disappearance of two Hugo, Okla., residents. Jared Lashan Lennox (34) and Krystal Jean Marie Terrell (31) were last seen together in Grant, Okla., on or about May 1, 2021. Lennox and Terrell were in a dating relationship. The pair was reporting missing May 12, 2021. Anyone who had contact with either Lennox or Terrell after May 1, or has knowledge of his or her whereabouts or circumstances surrounding their disappearance is encouraged to contact the Hugo Police Department at (580) 326-2130 or the OSBI at (800) 522-8017 or [email protected]. OSBI IDENTIFIES SUSPECT IN PUSHMATAHA COUNTY OFFICER-INVOLVED-SHOOTING FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: June 1, 2021... PUSHMATAHA COUNTY, Okla. - Today, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) released the name of the suspect involved in an officer-involved-shooting that occurred in Pushmataha County at 2:45 a.m. on May 30, 2021. The suspect is identified as 48-year-old Hank Miller of Antlers, Okla. Miller was shot by a Pushmataha County deputy after another deputy was hit by the vehicle Miller was driving. Miller died at the scene. The deputy that was injured was treated for non-life threatening injuries. The name of the deputies involved will not be released by the OSBI unless the District Attorney determines that charges should be filed. The investigation is open and ongoing. There is no additional information to release at this time. ###

OSBI SEEKING INFORMATION IN 2018 MURDER OF BRANDON DUPREE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: May 14, 2021... LOGAN COUNTY, Okla. The OSBI is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person, or persons, responsible for the murder of Brandon Dupree. On October 20, 2018, a shooting occurred at the Langston Center, located off campus. A party was taking place inside when a fight broke out. Brandon was shot one time and died at the hospital. Brandon was not a Langston University student. He was enrolled in welding school in Tulsa, where he lived, and had no ties to the university. He traveled to Langston with friends who heard about a party being thrown in conjunction with homecoming. Brandon was 19 years old. Agents from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI), assisted by the Grady County Sheriffs Office and the Chickasha Police Department, arrested 21-year-old Chance Arlan Mason yesterday on multiple child pornography charges. The case originated in January 2021 when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) forwarded a cyber tip to the OSBI that they had received from an electronic service provider. The OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit opened an investigation upon receiving the tip. Based on that investigation, a search warrant was served at Mason’s residence yesterday. As a result, he was arrested without incident and booked into the Grady County Jail. Mason is charged with Aggravated Possession of Child Pornography and Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
