Pioneer General Manager Richard Ruhl was selected for the James L Bass Lifetime Achievement Award at the NTCA Rural Broadband Association conference in Dallas Texas. One outstanding Director/General Manager is awarded this honor each year. This is a National Award selected by his peers in the Telcom Industry. This is a "Three-Peat" for Richard and his family. Senator Roy Boecher won in 1979, followed by Johnnie Ruhl in 1996. This year in 2022, Richard Ruhl was honored with the prestigious award. Just click on the "Report an Issue/Inquiry" tab at the top right of the page in your Desktop SmartHub account, or the "Report an Issue/Inquiry" option at the top of the mobile SmartHub app. This feature will allow you to get your info and nature of the issue over to the techs directly and allow you to track the status of your trouble ticket as well. Pioneer Cellular will perform network enhancements on our cellular network equipment during the maintenance hours of 12:00am to 6:00 am on Wednesday February 16, 2022. Tomorrow morning, Wednesday February 16, your cellular device will need to be turned off and back on (power cycled) after 6:00 am in order for LTE services to work properly.
