I sold this home at least 6 months ago. My client has been in the process of totally recreating this home all the way down to the studs. I am starting to see the fruits of her creative mind come to life. Butcher block counter tops, hand crafted tiles from Spain, and a fireplace design that is out of this world . She did not want a fireplace , so she turned it into a work of art with beautiful wood work and an art piece that will later be inserted into the rectangular opening that you see in photo. I think homes are starting to look the same . Gray, white, gray, white. And then more gray white. I love it, but don’t you want a little personality? I get it that we are trying to appeal to the masses when selling a home, but I would love to see something different! I have a client who has a VERY traditional home. It takes skill to bring it up to date to combine a new look with the old. We all can’t just get rid of everything ! Who has done this? Send me photos!
