WHITE HAIR, WHITE SKY The white hairs in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, will like this onenot because of the artwork but because of white hair (which is what Pawhuska means if you happen to speak Osage). The town was named after the 19th-century Osage chief, Paw-Hiu-Skah, which means "White Hair" in English. I had recently sold some stuff (artwork!) at Dollhouse Road Brewing on S. Main Street, Pawhuskaand they have a crew that are NOT white haired. They are HIP and awesome to ...drink a beer with! I even bought a tee shirt from them! HEAVENLY DAY Anyone living here in Oklahomathe HEART of Americaknows what HOT, dry weather is all about. You get used to it after awhile. Four nights ago, I went to bed with the A/C on and drifted offthank God for melatonin! The next morning I awoke to RAIN! I made coffee and checked the weather. SUNSET STROLLERS The temperature outside was 102 degrees four days ago. I stayed inside with my A/C on and decided that people must behave in a cool way.
