Areas of interest include: re...ducing tubular atrophy, preserving glomerular filtration, decreasing cyst formation, ameliorating PCKD, compounds with first-in-class potential, disease relevant assays, and organoid models. Out of scope: therapeutic antibodies, gene therapies, cell therapies. Autoimmune disease (especially RA, IBD) therapeutics and models. Areas of interest include: skewing pro-inflammatory cell types towards regulatory/tolerogenic cell types, modulating stromal cells, compounds with first-in-class potential, Treg assays, and models for RA that are refractory to anti-TNFalpha treatments.
