The role of the Installation and Sales Consultant is to perform in-home estimates, consultations and installations of Solatube Daylighting and Ventilation products. The installer serves as the face of the company in the field and insures each customer is provided the best customer experience possible. Our inside sales team coordinates and schedules appointments, allowing the installer ...to focus on providing estimates, recommendations, checking feasibility, and encouraging up sells at every opportunity. We specialize in a consultative sales approach and excel in providing the best experience possible to our customers. This person must have a friendly, outgoing and engaging personality as they are the face of the company in the customer's home. The installer must be a self-starter and self-motivated to exceed and work towards a mutual success of the company. The candidate must have a desire to work in the field performing simple to moderate installations. You must be comfortable with heights. It would be helpful to have a basic knowledge of roofing or construction. We are a friendly and supportive team that works together and is committed to the growth and development of this company. We will provide Manufacturer Certified training, the tools to succeed, and the opportunity for long-term growth. You must provide the commitment, drive and desire to succeed. Pay is hourly rate plus commission. Paid Holidays. After 1 year of service, we offer 1 week paid vacation and 2 paid personal days per year.
