Verse And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passeth away. Inspiration We are not to live in this world as if we are a part of it, because we are not. We are temporary visitors in this world. We derive no nature from it. This means that the way we act should be contrary to the ways of the world. This is how we remain separated from the enemy's way of operating; by living a life contrary to his influences and temptations. We are above th...e ways of the devil since we are seated with Christ in heavenly places. Prayer Dear God, I thank you for the wisdom you have given me to live in this world as if I am not a part of it. It was never your intention for me to be part of a fallen world, which is why you sent your Son to die for me; so that I may be nothing but a temporary visitor, headed for a glorious future with you. This is what keeps me going, O Lord. I pray that I may remain in your counsel and never in the way of the wicked. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Verse For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. Inspiration This is the message of Grace. The Gospel is the law of the Spirit of Life that rendered the old Law obsolete after Christ came to fulfil it. We are free from the law of sin and death because we have received life in Christ. We do not walk in fear or suffer bondage, because we have been redeemed by Christ Jesus.... Prayer Dear God, my heart will always rejoice when I think of your love and the Grace you have gifted me with. It is because of your Son, Jesus Christ, I am free from the power of sin and death. I no longer have to fear death and destruction or the threats of the enemy because I am resting and hidden in Christ. Nothing can separate me from the life you have given me. I will continue to abide in you, O Lord. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
