Surprise! We have one last #transformationtuesday for this semester! Rae Griffin is our next Transformation Tuesday and we couldn’t be prouder to introduce her. Rae credits her involvement to becoming an Orientation Leader saying the process helped her branch out of her comfort zone and explore new involvement opportunities on campus. Since her first year as an Orientation Leader, we have seen Rae take on multiple leadership opportunities across the campus. She has served as a mentor for the Black Women’s Initiative and been a UCO Student Ambassador all while being connected to her community. Rae’s shining moment was when she performed a spoken word piece during the Stampede Week event in the Fall of 2020. We know Rae has a bright future ahead of her and we look forward to seeing all she does. #getinvolved #uco

This week’s transformation Tuesday is Lucas Litchfield! Lucas started his involvement journey as an Orientation Leader in the Summer of 2018 and continued to be connected with the program throughout the next two years. Throughout his time as an OL he worked with thousands of students and their family members/guests to show them his passion for their success at Central. During Lucas’s tenure at Central, Lucas wasn’t just an Orientation Leader, but he also attended LeaderShape to help guide his leadership growth. We are excited to see Lucas graduate and can’t wait to see how he changes the world with his passion and care. @abercrombie_and_litch
