When you transfer you old documents and photos to another computer we can not transfer programs along with it. Programs are tied to your computer when you register it. It is sad to say another one of my ...customers was taken advantage of and I just want to get a friendly word to out the community. Please be careful when following like in posts to outside links. They could be to sites you do not want to go like porn sites. They could also infect your computer with spyware, malware or even a virus. They could even allow hackers into your computer's that will allow them to steal your information. Please use caution and as always surf the Internet safely.

ATTENTION: Please pay attention to who you allow to take control of your computer. Calls from customers come in every day in regards to this. We even had one bring their computer in on their way to the bank. A screen popped up alerting them of multiple infections and to call this number only to have someone try and scam them. They even threaten to lock your computer up. Please and I can not stress this enough, disconnect the computer from the internet and immediately turn it ...off, even if you have to hold the power button down until it does shut down completely. Turn your computer back on if anything does not look right bring it in and we will take care of it. We have both that it happened to today in our store now, undergoing a virus removal. ******Unless you have initiated someone to access your computer remotely do not allow anyone to do so. There seems to be some confusion on availability of our technicians. During normal business hours in store service is available, however house or office calls MUST be scheduled for specific times. Currently appointments must be scheduled after our normal business hours due to being one technician short until the 16th, at that time we can schedule morning or early afternoon appointments. Our store hours are Monday through Wednesday 9 am to 5 pm. Thursday and Friday 9 am to 6 pm and the 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday. if you have any questions please call the office 918-578-4550

This can be a phishing scam and you provided a hacker or identity theft with key pieces of your personal information to reset passwords or create fake accounts.
