Over TWENTY units ranging between 5x10, 5x12, 7x10, 10x10, & 10x20 are up for auction. These units containing household and business items will be sold to the highest bidder. Terms are CASH ONLY, to be paid immediately after your winning bid. Successful bidders must remove all property within 1 week of sale. The facility will be open the following hours for merchandise removal: Saturday, April 9th: 10 am to 5 pm Sunday, April, 10th thru Friday April 15th: 12 noon to 3 pm Saturday April 16th: 10 am to 5 pm All units must be cleaned out no later than Saturday, April 16th at 5 pm. The contents of the occupancy leased space will be sold to satisfy the owner/operators Lien in accordance with Section 191-200 Title 42 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
