Alvarez de Bennett Law, P.C. asks Congress to pass bipartisan immigration reform with emphasis to help those who were brought or entered the United States as minors. We also ask those to be mindful of immigration scams. If legislation passes and is signed by President Biden, such information will be available for free at the USCIS website (see comment below for link to USCIS). And, you may also consult with an immigration attorney or accredited non-profit organization about any new immigration benefits "if" and "when" they become available.

We are thankful for the news today where the U.S. Supreme Court held that the DACA program could not be terminated without proper notice per the Administrative Procedure Act. We will post more information as to the affect of this decision for current DACA recipients and the possibility that new applicants may seek DACA in the interim before new action is taken to rescind DACA per notice. https://www.cnn.com//daca-immigration-supreme-c/index.html Also, please visit local and state-wide organizations like Dream Action Oklahoma as they offer free DACA clinics at www.daok.org.
