Due to the continued hazardous road conditions and for the safety of our clients and staff we will be closed Wednesday February 17th. We hope to reopen as soon as conditions allow. We are periodically checking the secure drop box located outside our office so you are welcome to drop off your paperwork to us before we reopen.

Notice to our Tax Clients We are continuing to monitor the developing Covid 19 outbreak and the impact it will have on our clients. For our clients concerned about getting out in public and the possible risk of exposure, we offer multiple ways to have your tax return prepared that do not require physically coming to our office.... 1. You can mail your tax papers to us. 2. You can scan and email your tax papers to us. 3. You can take pictures of your tax papers with your phone and email them to us. Once we receive your tax documents we will contact you with any questions we may have. Please make sure to include a phone number where we can reach you when you send your forms. If you would like to send us your documents, schedule an appointment, or have any other questions, please give us a call at (918)427-5445. The President and members of Congress have proposed extending the tax filing deadline for 2019 tax returns for people affected by the Covid 19 virus. As of today no definitive plan has been announced but as we learn more we will keep you updated.

Beginning March 1st, we will begin accepting appointments for all of our preparers. Please give us a call to set an appointment with the preparer of your choice! We are very thankful to all those who have already trusted us this year to prepare your returns, and we are looking forward to all of you we will be seeing in the second half of this tax season!

You will need your social security number, filing status (married joint, married separate, head of household, single, or qualifying widow[er]), and the exact amount of your expected refund. 2019 Tax Season Newsletter!

Our tax season hours will start on Monday January 13th, 2020. We will be open 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 12pm on Saturdays. We will start preparing and transmitting returns on the 13th however the IRS has announced they will not start accepting and processing returns until January 27th. We look forward to seeing you!
