Service Call:$50 (along with a $50/hr rate) August Specials: (Desktop Computers) Replacing RAM: $20... Replacing system memory board: $85 Replacing CD-ROM/DVD: $40 Virus Removal with Software: $40 (Laptop computers) Replacing CD-DVD: $65 Replacing RAM: $40 (does not include ram) Replacing battery: $40 Replacing hard drive: $75 (does not include operating system, installing operating system is a separate fee, contact me for pricing on certain operating systems.) For example: If you call me out to do a Virus Removal, it'll be $50 for a service fee, along with $40 for the removal along with software that'll scan your computer daily and notify you of a virus if you've just downloaded a program. (For a total of $90 dollars) The hourly rate is due to having to do diagnostics on computers or networks if I cannot figure out what is wrong with it at the time of the call, basically having to look into any problems and fixing them along the way. As of last month, EVERYONE must sign a contract giving myself and my company authorization to work on your computer, and if it takes a certain amount of time to do certain things, then you will be charged the hourly rate along with fixing whatever problem it was I had to fix, unless it was a simple fix then it'll just be on the hourly rate. Due to non-payment from someone that didn't feel that the services I rendered was correct, I'm having literally everyone sign this form, even if it's for a simple fix, so I can have it on file, I feel my prices are extremely fair, you're more than welcome to check my prices compared to Best Buy's Geek Squad, and notice my prices are usually 1/2 of what theirs are. I don't over-charge people just because I know they have money, I could care less if you made $12k/yr or $120k/yr, my prices ALWAYS stay the same and I only charge for services rendered. I can usually get to you and figure out your problem within a week, I'm not over-booked right now, so I can get to people pretty quickly. I'm a computer nerd at heart, and have been messing with computers since I was probably around 11 years old, so I know my way around a computer. I am going to throw this out there: I know nothing about Windows Server, that's the only Windows platform I'm totally un-aware of, unfortunately it's foreign to me. But I am knowledgeable in FreeBSD, Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, etc) This ends August 31st. I'll do another deal in September.

Recently opened a Business Checking Account, and made a big order from Vistaprint. including work shirts, t-shirts, letterheads, envelopes, post cards and a few ink stamps. along with ordering checks since it's a lot cheaper through Vistaprint. I also bought a printer that I can put in my truck and allow myself to print off invoices and estimates at job sites. Just trying to get more stuff together to make the business a little more professional. One step at a time!... Definitely getting excited about it all! I'm definitely ready to mail out the post cards and hopefully get some business! :) Time to get the ball rolling! :)
