Water rights seems to be more and more of an issue here lately. If you live in an area with active drilling, please keep this part of the equation in mind! What kind of water rights are you seeing currently?

This will be an interesting issue to watch. Will one individual be able to take large amounts of subsurface water possibly at others’ expenses in order to sell the water to exploration companies?
