What a crazy last couple of months it has been! Ups and downs, confusion and clarity, delight and sadness..... But the one thing that is the same every day is that I get to help people heal. I have started a new process of helping my clients tap into their bodies and emotions and it has been an amazing experience. When you have feelings of fear, despair, anger, lack of self-worth, anxiety, resentment, frustration, insecurities, physical trauma, etc etc etc it WILL manifest p...hysically in your body beyond what massage can help. Even though I enjoy this practice and I don't hide what I do, I haven't advertised it either. But since the passing of my dad I have noticed not only an increase in my intuitive practice but also, what I know is his love and pride for me, a desire to openly share what I do. I'm just going to leave this here with Love

So much I could say about this but I am just going to leave it here with Love

I started out strong wanting to be a little vulnerable sharing posts and I guess you could say mini blog on Wellness on multiple levels. And my thinking mind says people don't really want to see all of that, they might be uncomfortable, yada yada yada. Needless to say this experience is showimg me what work I need to be doing with my self. So this morning I was going through my normal YouTube routine looking for my morning inspiration and there was HINDZ, who I quite enjoy bu...t today's message was spot-on. I hear a lot of people struggling with who does or doesn't show up for them, who doesn't keep in touch with them and my heart was filled with love for every one who struggles with that when I saw this video. Again my mind says you don't really need to share this, people don't care. But if you watch you will understand why I want to start showing up for whoever wants a little more of whatever I'm posting that day because I will be sharing it from a space of love and caring for well-being. Happy Wednesday!!! I just want to share a link with y'all. I have been doing yoga for 9 days straight now! Woohoo! But more importantly I HAVE ABOUT 40-50% LESS PAIN AND STIFFNESS IN MY BODY!!!!!... I know you don't have time, and not that flexible, and ...... Well after looking through a handful of people on YouTube I found Adriene. She is funny and realistic (and her dog helps..kind of..not really, but he's cute). And she has everything from beginner to at-the-desk yoga, yoga for kids, and more advanced.
