Results from the Arkansas-Oklahoma State Fair: Kace McDonald- 2nd place and 5th overall york. Kaeleigh Brown- 1st place and Breed Champion American Heifer

We have been extremely busy this fall. We tried posting once and something went wrong but here are the results from MCC County Fair: Premium sale qualifiers were: Kace McDonald-york, Connor Schaffer-berk, Shaylyn DeLozier-spot, and Luke DeLozier-berk We had a few students participate in the tractor driving with Luke DeLozier placing 4th overall.... We also competed in the first ever Cattle Handling Contest where students caught calves in a chute, vaccinated, and gave implants. Students also took a test over animal husbandry knowledge. Team members Kace McDonald, Kyeson Perrin, and Luke DeLozier placed 1st overall winning $500 and a set of buckles. We had high individuals on the test including Kyeson Perrin-1st high individual, Luke DeLozier-2nd high individual and Kace McDonald-3rd high individual. Team members Kenzie Hodge, Brycen Axton, and Seth Plemmons won 3rd place winning $200. Blaine Plemmons also won 1st and 2nd with his watermelons.
