The latest: A community meeting to discuss the rock quarry issue has been set for Mar 17 at 3 p.m. to be conducted at the Porum Landing Fire Department. Confirmation has been received from Rep Randy Randelman’s office and the County Commissioner Monty Grinder and the owner of the OK Rock Quarry. Please forward to all who need to know. There are at least 3 and future ones planned from the dam to Texanna Rd. They are trucking huge heavy trucks up and down our soon to be finished rework of the dam road.

PPWA customers if you have water please be conservative with it. If you have a neighbor that is not home please check and see if the have busted lines. We are working hard and have been out all night to get everyone back in water so please help us do this!
