THE TOWN OF BOKCHITO IS NOW HIRING PART TIME FOR TOWN CLERK TREASURER: 32 hours per week $10.00 Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm (1hr Lunch)... life insurance fully paid after 90 days federal holidays off daily reconciling of town accounts daily depositing of all town departments monthly billing and purchase orders filing notices, ordinances, and resolutions completing monthly reports of all town account relay important notices and information to council conduct monthly council meetings 7pm, 2nd Monday of every single month prepare budgets with Departments heads annually answering phone calls while other departments are busy or unavailable or taking payments for other departments. record keeping of all monthly reports gathering all monthly reports for auditor annually QUICKBOOKS/ data entry experience is a plus Microsoft office use daily This job does involve learning the duties of the other offices, we all work together and help when and where we can.
