That you will be dealing with your listing agent from the start to the finish (closing). Not with an Admin or another Team member. 7. Your Realtor should be willing to answer your questions or concerns at any time you have them, through text, phone call or email. 8. Is your Realtor comfortable with multi offers? Not all are. 9. Is your Realtor honest with you on what needs to be done with your home to get it ready? Are they doing and showing you the comp's in your area? 10.
