Oklahoma limited liability companies are required to file an annual certificate every year and pay a $25 fee, which can be done online through the Oklahoma Secretary of State webs...ite. This private company is charging $125 ($25 for the Secretary of State and a $100 processing fee). Business owners, website developers, and even consumers are targets for these types of predatory practices, particularly during a crisis.
