Our line maintenance crews are still working 24/7 to respond to requests. Unfortunately, even though the snow has melted and water demand is slightly decreasin...g, we're finding water line breaks and leaks all across the city. This makes it difficult to provide a timeline for repairs. These breaks are the reasons some customers still have low water pressure or no water service. We continue to ask you to take conservation measures to help our water system return to full capacity. Please report any water system leaks you see to [email protected]. Residents, please be advised that due to the extremely low temperatures both hot and cold water lines, sprinkler lines and other water mechanical items will freeze. In order to help prevent busted lines, decrease in both hot and cold water and possible flooding it is important that all residents let both hot and cold faucets drip, open all cabinet fixtures leading to water basins, and keep heat above 75 degrees if possible. Although there is no guarantee these efforts will resolve all issues due to individual situations; following these simple directions will help.
