Hi friends- we’re looking to hire some contract therapists! We are currently offering exclusively telehealth services, so the ability to work from home, create your own hours, and determine the size of your caseload is totally up to you! This would be a great opportunity for an LCSW or LPC looking to supplement their income, but we are open to those under supervision for licensure, as well. We’ve worked so hard to create an agency specifically for teens and young adults that ...is safe, affirming, and supportive. We are vocal in our commitment to advocacy for social change that will establish a healthier community for the next generation. Feel free to check out our website (link in comments) for more information about our mission and services. If this sounds like an opportunity you or someone you know may be interested in, please send me a message or share this post with them! See more

Happy *5th* birthday to us! From expanding our team to navigating a pandemic and telehealth, it’s been quite a year! We are so proud of this little agency and our determination to provide our community’s youth with quality mental health services. Low on judgement, high on support continues to be our motto. It’s been such a privilege to serve you these past five years, and we’re looking forward to many more! [This picture is from our last in-person staff meeting in February. Missing face-to-face fun with the team.]

Pride is one of our favorite times of the year, and we would be absolutely remiss to not acknowledge the foundation of Pride was built on the shoulders of black trans women. BEFS is committed to fighting for social justice. We know this includes listening, learning, and advocating for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+. Our platform is small, but important, especially in our Oklahoma City community, which desperately needs more active and vocal safe spaces for marginalized populations. We are committing to weekly donations to organizations that support black trans lives throughout Pride month. #blacklivesmatter #blacktranslivesmatter #marshapjohnson #tonymcdade #ninapop #pride2020 #pride

Bright Eyes Family Services stands with BIPOC. Our hearts are broken by the nation-wide injustice and brutality. Black Lives Matter. It is our responsibility to speak out when we see injustice if we are truly going to call ourselves a safe space and allies. We support the protestors across the country and will be making a donation to @blackvisionscollective in solidarity.
