Otherwise we have to believe the states and prosecutors are genuinely incompetent nincompoops... straight out of the likes of Harvard, Yale, Florida Stat...e etc. SMDH Wrongful prosecutions, convictions, and false imprisonment are INTENTIONAL! Whistleblowers of public corruption, abuse, and fraud like myself are also readily, easily maligned, discredited, and silenced by a conveniently weaponized legal system. And it IS systemic: Prosecutors could never accomplish these dirty tricks alone. They must be overseen and facilitated by equally rogue and amoral judges, and other lawyers failing to perform their defense duties.
