Bumpers Harvest

Anticipation! Anticipaa-aa-tion! It's making me wait! While I do not support chemicals in the eggs my chickens produce, I do love my feathered family, so I do treat them like any other pet. Just like you care for a dog or cat, twice a year the flock gets wormed. "Eeeww, gross!" you say? Any free ranging chicken is subject to picking up any parasite or bug that a wild bird carries, just like a dog running in a dog park. So they get treated, just in case. And when they get treated, all the eggs get boiled and fed back to them as a lovely treat that they go wild over! Two more weeks before we have chemical-free eggs available!
