The new kitchen design is taking shape with porcelain tile floor, new white shaker cabinets, and quartzite white countertops. The new design includes a peninsula with a stunning open waterfall. Soon we will put in lighting and hand crafted herringbone tile backsplash. A New stainless gas stove and dishwasher are waiting to be installed. In the master bathroom we installed a n...ew travertine and porcelain trough sink with double chrome faucets. The large family room downstairs got new luxury wood vinyl flooring, and a new sliding glass door. The wet bar in the family room will have a new granite bar top and redesigned sink prep area. We will post pictures soon of the downstairs middle bedroom transition of a half bath to a full ensuite bathroom, and much much more!

We are very pleased that we contracted A&C Home Improvements to put in a balcony and stairs to the backyard! Their build process and result was excellent!... They installed a full view door right off the kitchen so now it’s possible to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset over the beautiful backyard. You can also go down the stairs to grill on the new deck! The balcony and deck are constructed with trex, a composite deck material that won’t splinter, fade or weather!
