In the midst of everything that has happened in the last week. I just want everyone to know that the office will remain open during regular hours. We are taking all necessary measures to make sure that the office is clean and disinfected to the best of our ability. Chiropractic adjustments, Vitamin C (4000 mg/day), Vitamin D3 (5000 IU/day), Elderberry, staying hydrated, getting plenty of sleep and washing your hands are the best defenses to keeping your immune system optimal.
