Intentionally doing things that give us the "butterflies in the stomach" feeling is a powerful experience. Some of our most rewarding experiences in life come from what happens next, after the butterflies. It’s important to exercise for cardiovascular health and for bone health. Many people only train one or the other but with CrossFit, you train both in every workout. All the more reason we believe the CrossFit methodology is best for longevity!

We are hardwired to avoid pain and discomfort at any cost. But studies have shown when we stay in our comfort zone, we shut off the learning centers of our brain. Being pushed out of our comfort zone cultivates growth and that is a GOOD THING!

Who’s dreaming of warmer days with sunshine and the garage doors open?! Until then... You can find us showing up in record cold temperatures to not only workout, but to band together as a community. This community is unmatched. You all are amazing!

MEET IRENE! What a fun lady she is! Irene has shown incredible growth in her strength over the last few months. She is putting up great numbers and has shown up consistently to the gym. Whether she is at 5:30am with the "bar setters" or at our 9:30am "coffee club" class she is there to give it her all and is a joy to be around. Irene brought her son, Erick, to class this winter and he was very impressed that his mom did CrossFit. We think he will be coming back soon to try to... beat his mom!
