CTCMH is happy to announce that we will be receiving a shipment of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine this week and will have a vaccine clinic at the Memorial Building on Thursday February 11, 2021 starting at 9am. This clinic is by appointment only for individuals needing their FIRST DOSE. We only have a limited amount of spaces and will have more vaccine shipments hopefully each week from the Oklahoma State Health Department. If you are a healthcare worker, first responder, or ...65 years of age or older and would like to be vaccinated please call Sheryl Setzer RN at 580-654-4444 to be added to our list. Appointments are made using the OSHD’s current phases. If you are not in the mentioned group but would like to be vaccinated please call and give your information (Name, Age, Phone number, occupancy, and any co-morbidities) and you will be added to our list. Once the OSHD moves down the phases you will be scheduled for your vaccine. By calling early it will give CTCMH an idea of how many doses to request from OSHD. We will also utilize this list to call individuals to come in for a vaccination should we have patients not show up or forfeit their appointments. We cannot waste any doses provided to CTCMH.
