The Sherman Estate, 7228 South Evanston Avenue, was built in 1937 in the Streamline style. It is one of Tulsa’s finest residential examples of Art Deco. The house is vertically massed with many open decks topped with triple pipe railing. There is a curved second floor balcony and other roof patios. The property is now a private residence.
