I know it's cold but I'll still be set up this week starting tomorrow! Tuesday menu is Pork loin sandwiches, smoked bologna sandwiches, and hot links! If you don't want to get out of your vehicle then just pull up to me and I'll come to you.

Sunday I will be doing sandwiches, chips, and drinks. Pulled Pork, smoked sausage, and smoked bologna!

Friday i will be doing brisket sandwiches, smoked bologna, and smoked sausage!

Bread pudding anyone? This is how I save extra hotdog buns. Between this and cobbler it doesn't get much better to finish off some good BBQ!

Thursday I'll be doing Rib Plates! 3 ribs, baked beans, potato salad, and a drink for $10. Also doing a slice of smoked bologna, hot link, baked beans, potato salad, and a drink for $10. I will do sandwiches if you don't want the plate. Come by and see me!
