Nip Back Ailments in the Bud! Everyone, at some time, will have back pain. It is inevitable with our active life styles. If you are a housewife, caring for children, moving furniture to clean, or carrying groceries in from the store you run a high risk of straining your back. Outside workers, who use riding mowers, weedeaters, heavy equipment operators, welders, ranchers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, a/c repair, or those working in the hay fields, do constant bending..., twisting, and lifting.
