Will my pain be fixed in 1 visit? Sometimes we get lucky and this happens, but it’s not the majority. The pain might have started overnight, but the cause of it usually doesn’t. That means that the area of pain was probably lacking proper movement for a while before pain showed up. While I certainly like to hear that there was improvement after the first visit, seeing significant change usually takes 4-6 visits depending on the severity of the condition, the amount of time th...e problem has been around, the age and condition of the patient, etc. There is not a one-size-fits-all number of treatments. Not only does fixing the cause of the pain take some time, so does healing of the muscles, nerves, etc. in the area of pain. If I could fix everything in 1 visit, I’d be a magician, not a chiropractor. And trust me, if I could do it, I would (I’d just charge a lot more ) Physical change can take some time, but it’s worth the investment!

I attended Cleveland Chiropractic in Kansas City, following my dad’s footstepsa 1985 Cleveland graduate and practicing chiropractor. I love what I do and am constantly learning as a chiropractor to better serve those who walk through my clinic’s door.
