What a great event introducing students to manufacturing!

Students from Union, Broken Arrow, Owasso and Sand Springs are learning about careers in manufacturing today. It’s National Manufacturing Day and we have students touring manufacturers all over the area. Students from Union Public Schools - Tulsa, OK and Broken Arrow Public Schools started their day by touring Hill Manufacturing & Fabrication.

On September 24th, TAHRA will be hosting this event to share information and resources about the profit impact and economic benefits of accessing non-traditional employee candidates to fill immediate workplace needs. This is a great way to learn how you can improve your candidate pool by considering candidates who are have been incarcerated, are veterans and by building apprenticeships / working with students.
