EAA Chapter 24

This month's EAA Chapter 24 meeting has been post pone to next Thursday April 15.

Its a new year and the SUNDANCE FLIGHT ACADEMY COMMITTEE has started it's selections. Here are our fisrt three candidates: CRAIG JACKSON HANNAH FLOURNOY ANTONIN STODDARD... Congradulations to our first three candidates.

Well, we made it to March. We have been getting alot of inquiries about when activites can start; here is what I know. The KitFox Build will start back up (hopefully) 7 April at 6:00pm. It is in K-1 at Sundance. Goldsby Fyers will have a Breakfast; Saturday 20 March 8:00am-10:00am David J. Perrt ( 1K4 ). As for Chapter 24 Pancake Breakfast; we can not get insurance unless we follow ALL STATE, COUNTY, and CITY requirements. I know you eant to come out and spend time with each other, so do we. We are looking forward to seeing everyone soon.

This Thusday's meeting is CANCELLED (weather).

Well a day late but...Congradulatons to Lawson. Lawson is Chapter 24's first EAA RAY SCHOLARSHIP candidate. He passed his Private Pilot Checkride. He is checked out in Cessna's (high wing), Piper Cherokee's (low wing), unusual attitudes and upset recovery, Tail wheel and his own Ercoupe. All of this in the last year (plus a little). Every member in the chapter is proud of you. What is next?
