Tip of the day!!! Cover your outside faucets. You can find covers at Ace, Home Depot, Lowes and a variety of other places. If you just can’t find any then take an old sweat shirt wrap it around the faucet, cover it with a trash bag and cover it in duct tape. The most important thing is that it is insulated and waterproof. Not covering your outside faucets could be a very costly mistake. Whoever is living in the home is responsible for covering the faucets be it a tenant or homeowner.

Update: We’ve been able to get appointments for everyone that has come in and requested help. If you are still having trouble please come by the office. I am reading that many people are having trouble getting an appt for their Vaccine shot whether it’s the 1st shot or the 2nd booster. If you have trouble with any of this come to Elgin Realty and we will help you. ... One thing to know is that you can get the vaccine anywhere in Oklahoma. Second, you don’t have to get your booster the same place you got your 1st shot. You can get it anywhere as long as it’s the same product. Here’s how to do it in a nutshell: 1). Sign up with the OSDH portal. https://vaccinate.oklahoma.gov/ they will send you an email confirming it is your time to get the shot with a link to be able to schedule it. 2) Sign up for text alerts for sites that have available vaccine. When you get the text, go to the link the OSDH sent you in the email when you registered and grab your spot.
