We don’t just check your heating and air equipment, we check your ductwork as well. In these pictures you can see that this customer had ductwork that had been smashed in one section. The second picture is a closeup of the corner of that section that came apart allowing debris to get inside the ductwork. Lastly, i...n the third picture, you can see the result of the damaged section of ductwork. All of this is after the air filters. This is what WAS clogging this customers airflow. Family called a big name HVAC company because they had an ex-college football player as a spokesman. They wanted to have their unit checked out before summer. Tech came out and leisurely checked out the unit. When he got to the part of checking the coil, he told them it needed to be cleaned. He sprayed a cleaner all over it and told them that it was all good now. The homeowner saw inside the coil before he put the cover back on. The tech was asked about the rest of the coil c...abinet.
