I believe that every person can be taught, that parental involvement is crucial in the development of musicians from a young age through the high school years, and that music education must not only train and strengthen the fingers of a student to be agile on an instrument, but must ultimately train the ear, the mind, the body, and strengthen the person. My mission is to educate and enable well-rounded, excellent musicians that will be able to use their gifts and talents in ...a productive and fulfilling manner. I am committed to offering full musical instruction of the highest quality to students of any age in order to enrich the local community and the musical community at large. Not only is Violinist Caroline Cox Turek a talented musician, she’s a talented, passionate educator, too! A musician after Maestro Douglas Newell’s own heart... She’ll be IN ENID at Government Springs Park April 10. Tickets are on sale at enidsymphony.org!
