We have uploaded new drop off forms on our website (Eubankstax.com) There is now separate forms for different types of returns. If you are single or married with no business ( other than a sole proprietorship) you will fill out the individual drop off form, if you have a trust you will use the trust drop off form, and if you have a corporation, partnership, or S Corp you will fill out the corporation and partnership drop off form.
