SQUATOBER It’s been a great month as our members participated in Squatober! Our programming consisted of 2 Back Squat Days, 2 Front Squat Days, 1 Goblet Squat Day. We learned a lot about consistency, focus, and intention and the application to both squats and life! So many members became comfortable in that uncomfortable place with the soreness and fatigue that comes with squatting everyday! The tradeout is stability, strength, and confidence!... Our biggest increase was 75# for @tylerdude25 who finished the month with a whopping 775#! Moving on toNO EXCUSE NOVEMBER and then DEADLIFT DECEMBER to close out 2020!
